DIY Kombucha

Learn about the Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast that creates the ancient elyxir known as Kombucha. Participants will explore the connection between what we eat and the environment, how to brew their own kombucha and will leave with the knowledge, skills and ingredients to continue to brew their own kombucha at home.
$25 will be due on arrival to East Bay Kombucha.
