Lecture Series: Terrapins of Southern LBI

Several years of diamondback terrapin research along Long Beach Island have provided some key information about the local behavior of  terrapins.  With this information, we can become better stewards and co-exist with this species that is a key to maintaining the health and function of our  fragile salt marshes.  Learn about local conservation and research efforts that may make a difference for the survival of this species.
